If you should encounter a warranty issue, the BOSS makes it as simple as possible to resolve. Just contact your place of purchase or call 1300 BOSS HYD, to make a claim.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
The BOSS Blue Lifetime Warranty applies to all products in the BOSS Blue range – over 350 bar, where the lifetime of the product is defined by ‘when the product is no longer fit for purpose due to standard wear’. The warranty covers against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship but does not cover parts that have been misused or used for a purpose other than intended. General wear and tear of any products is also not covered under this warranty. Motors and batteries are warranted separately according to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty may also be void if:
• Modifications are made to the product
• The product has been repaired by an unauthorised repair centre
• Non recommended fluids are used
Total liability held by Boss Hydraulics with regards to the warranty of products against defects is limited.
BOSS Hydraulics will have the option to either repair, replace or refund the product at their sole discretion. BOSS Hydraulics will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss or incidental damages of any kind as a result of any act or omission by BOSS Hydraulics. All transport costs to/from BOSS Hydraulics or an authorised agent will be at the product owner’s expense. This warranty excludes products in the BOSS Black (under 350 bar range) and the ProTorc Range – which is covered by a 2-year Warranty. To fully determine the validity of a warranty claim, the product may be required to be returned to BOSS Hydraulics or an authorised agent. All products returned must be accompanied by both return authorisation and proof of purchase.
